Annual Maintenance We strongly recommend that all of our customers purchase annual license maintenance on their FAST Search & Transfer software licenses at the time of license purchase.  Failure to purchase annual license maintenance will result in high upgrade costs when the version of FAST Search & Transfer software license that you have purchased is upgraded.  It costs fifty percent (50%) or more of the new license MSRP to upgrade older versions of the software if they are not covered by annual license maintenance.  Please note that you have a thirty (30) day grace period after your new FAST Search & Transfer license purchase in which to purchase annual license maintenance on your new licenses at no extra charge.  FAST Search & Transfer annual license maintenance costs twenty percent (20%) of the software license MSRP.  NOTE: Annual Maintenance is required for the first year when purchasing NXT 4.
